    When requesting support please include information such as: the name and version of your browser, the platform (desktop, mobile, tablet), the name and version of the platform/OS and the URL of the live timing webpage you are having difficulties with.

• I keep seeing "Loading application..."
  Possible causes:

  • Bad internet connection; not all files can be loaded or are still being loaded.
  • You are using an unsupported browser.
  • If using Internet explorer: disable compatibility view for this page. See below for more info.
• I'm getting "Error while starting application"
  Your browser is not supported. Upgrade your browser or try a different one.
• The loading screen and/or the live timing does not look right
  • When using Internet Explorer: make sure compatibility view is disabled for this page. See below for more info.
  • Contact us if the problem is not resolved.
• How to disable Compatibility view in Internet Explorer
  Compatibility view should be disabled to view the live timing correctly.
  If you see an icon like this next to your location bar and if it is highlighted you are using compatibility view.
  
  You can also check if the option 'Compatibility view' is checked under the menu 'Tools'.
  Disable the compatibility view for this webpage by clicking either the icon or the menu option.
  If the problem still persists check if the live timing webpage is listed in the 'Websites you have added to Compatibility View' list under the menu 'Tool' -> 'Compatibility view settings'. Remove the live timing website from the list, click Close and reload the webpage.
